Corona South Mall Project Update
Exciting news! Corona Mall developer, LAB Holding, kicked off construction at the South Mall on Monday, August 8th. LAB has started the demolition of the former Showcase Theater, and surrounding tenant spaces located at the South Mall. Construction will continue over the next few months on the shell of the buildings. Construction is expected to be completed early 2023. Lease negotiations are currently underway and there are exciting new tenants being proposed for the South Mall. We look forward to the continued progress and bringing new life to the Corona Mall!
